My personal journey of transforming from 120kg to a fit 80kg over the past 12 years isn't just a weight loss story; it's a testament to overcoming both physical and emotional challenges. This experience deeply informs my empathetic approach to personal training. Understanding the struggles and triumphs of fitness firsthand, I am committed to guiding others through their own journeys with genuine empathy and support.

In my decade-plus of training, I've learned the critical importance of tailoring fitness methods to individual needs. While my own success with resistance training and its benefits with clients is notable, I recognize that each person's fitness journey is unique.
